I am the Founder and President of Nathan Fish Consulting. After working for nearly 20 years for a major global professional services consultancy, I decided to hang my own shingle and start my own practice.

My technical background is civil and structural engineering. I am a Project Management Professional (PMP). And I am an expert in Project Controls with a focus on Schedule Management.

I have been involved in projects across many sectors including: Government, Hi-Tech and Manufacturing, Education, Airports, Rail, Commercial, Corporate Fit-Out and Automotive.

Whether getting involved in a project at the concept stage or duing mid-construction, I have the expertise to help clients understand where their project is headed and how to manage their risk going forward.
